  • 2 Tablespoons sour yogurt

  • 1 Teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri chili Powder
  • 1 whole dried chili
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 Teaspoon hot spice powder
  • 2 Teaspoons ghee
  • 1 Teaspoon mustard oil
  • 2 Tablespoons white oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of sugar
  • Salt to taste

  • Soak almonds and poppy seeds together for 1 hour. Beat ginger and raw chili together. Then cut the phulkopi into small pieces and shake off the water well. Add cashew-poppy paste, beaten sour yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri lentil powder, and mustard oil, and marinate for 30 minutes.
