  • 1 Teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon fried cumin powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon coriander powder
  • 4 Slices of green chilies
  • Soybean oil for quantity
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Cardamom

  • At first, cut the shrimps as you like, wash them well, clean them, drain the water, apply a little salt and turmeric powder, heat 2 tablespoons soybean oil in a pan and fry it for 2 minutes.
