Coconut Tiler Puli Pitha Recipe


  • 1/2 Cup of fried til powder
  • 1 Cup of khejur gur
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

  • Salt to taste

Dudh Puli Pitha Recipe


  • 2 1/2 Cups of rice powder
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups of water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of ghee
  • 1 and 1/2 kg of milk
  • 1 Cup of sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 Cup of powdered milk
  • 4 Tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of coconut
  • Cardamom 2 or 3

Instructions of Dudh Puli Pitha Recipe

  • Pick up one and a half cups of coconut for filling inside the pitha (leave some to be dipped in milk later). Now fry the rest of the coconut with five to six teaspoons of sugar in a frying pan for seven to eight minutes (until the coconut water dries).

  • Mix powdered milk, sugar, condensed milk, and cardamom with milk. When the pitha is made, the milk will become very nice and light in color. In another pan, heat water with salt and ghee. Mix rice powder and flour with boiling water very well and turn off the oven to make dough. Take the hot dough and moth very well in the bread crumbs.
  • Pick up one and a half cups of coconut for filling inside the pitha (leave some to be dipped in milk later). Now fry the rest of the coconut with five to six teaspoons of sugar in a frying pan for seven to eight minutes (until the coconut water dries).

  • Shake the pot gently and mix the milk with the pitha. After cooking for 10 minutes, cook for another two to three minutes with the picked coconut and pour it into the pot and serve.

Chandra Puli Pitha Recipe


  • Coconut 3
  • Sugar 3 poya
  • Gur half a kg
  • Flour 1 kg
  • Milk 2 kg
  • Oil quantity

  • First grind the coconut. Crush half of the coconut and grind it again. With the other half of the coconut, make puree like halwa with gur. When the Halwa is dry and sticky, remove it from the stove. Now take the condensed milk in a pot.
  • Then mix the refined coconut and sugar in the batter and knead with flour. Then fill the bread with narkel puree and cut it with a bamboo stick or knife. Deep fry chandrapuli in deep oil. Serve this tasty and delicious chandrapuli pitha.

Mug Puli Pitha Recipe


  • Fried mug dal 1 poya
  • Crushed coconut 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 3 poya
  • Salt and soybean oil for quantity

  • First, boil the mug dal in hot water and put it in the pan. Now add 3/4 cup of water to one and a half poya sugar. Then mix coconut and remaining sugar and cook on the stove. When it becomes thick and sticky, remove the pot from the stove.
  • Then make Mayan with flour and 2 tablespoons of oil. Spread the flour well with 1/4 part water and boiled pulses. Divide 20-25 parts and cover each part with coconut puree. Now dip it in oil and dip it in sugar syrup and serve.

Phulkopir Vapa Puli Pitha Recipe


  • 4 Cups of rice powder
  • 1 Cup of meat (minced meat)
  • Half cup of shrimp
  • 1 Cup of phulkopi paste
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • 2 Tablespoons of onion paste
  • 1 Teaspoon of green chili paste
  • Half a teaspoon of hot spice powder
  • Half cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • Rice powder should be made into dough with the same amount of salt in hot water. In a pan, fry the onion in oil until brown, add ginger paste, chili paste, minced meat, shrimp, and a little water. Cook over medium heat.
  • When the water is dry, cover it with phulkopi chopped and cook for a while. When the oil rises to the top, it should be fried with hot spices. Make a pitha in the shape of a puli pitha.
