Now I’ll divide this dough into 9 parts. Now I’ll round each part and make it small dough. I’ll put the small dough in a tray, cover it with a piece of paper and keep it for about 15 minutes.
Step 03 : From the croissant
- After 15 minutes, I’ll get a small dough first I’ll sprinkle flour on the table. And then roll out the dough in a circle. I’ll make or roll 9 in the same way. When done, I’ll spread a little butter on each of them. I’ll put another dough on top of one dough. Then I’ll cover the dough with paper. I’ll leave it like 20 minutes. After 15 minutes I’ll remove the cover from the dough. Then roll out the thick dough.
- When it is done, I’ll divide this dough into 12 parts. Roll each piece of dough very well and I’ll arrange it like a croissant.
