  • Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Liquid milk 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 3 
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

  • To make gulab jamun, first mix well with powdered milk, flour, and baking powder in a large pot. Then mix it again with 1 tablespoon of ghee. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, make a soft dough by mixing it with a little milk. Then cover it for 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes, apply ghee on the palms of both hands and make small balls by turning the dough with a small mixture. In this way, you have to make small balls with the whole dough.

  • Heat 2 cups sugar and 2 cups water in a pot. When the water boils, crush the cardamom and boil it for another 5-6 minutes to make sugar sira. Now heat the same amount of oil for frying all the balls in the pan. Once the oil is hot, turn the balls one by one over medium heat and fry until red.

  • Now put these fried balls in sugar syrup for 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes, arrange on a plate and serve. Create this interesting dessert in a few minutes and easily attract the mind of any guest who comes to the house.
